Right then, I have been trying to decypher the public holidays for this year in Riyadh via various websites without much luck.
I am trying to organise my life here iterspersed with trips home and don,t want to use up my meagre holiday allocation if I can merge with the public hols.
Can anyone help with the dates or point me in the direction of a callender with the hols marked up.

there are two public holidays
this year 2012 you have August 19th to the 22nd
and in October 27th, 28th, and 29th

there is also only one day which is the National day
and this year it is going to be on September 23rd
