Doing business in Canada

Julien

Hi,

are foreign investors welcome in Canada?

Is it complicated to register a company in Canada? What is the procedure?

What is the corporate tax rate in Canada?

Is it easy to recruit?

Any advice you would share with us?

Thank you very much for your participation,

Julien

Hi Julien,

It is very easy to set up your business in Canada, and investors are welcom.
Depending on how well the size of your project is, we can very quickly start a business with minimal costs, and to end its business just as quickly.

but some constraints may change from one province to another. An example of constraints can be the number of members, particularly to create a cooperative, nationality and place of residence of the partners, or how to pay salary or dividend.

To know all the differents legal forms of business, whether you are investor or not here is the official link of Govermment of Canada how to start a business:

good success !
