are foreign investors welcome in Finland?

Is it complicated to register a company in Finland? What is the procedure?

What is the corporate tax rate in Finland?

Is it easy to recruit?

Hei Julien !

Je suis expatrié depuis 2 ans maintenant en Finlande et j'ai créé ma Toiminimi en environnement (entreprise individuelle). La procédure est relativement simple et rapide si l'on fait les choses bien dans l'ordre (pour cela, il faut absolument se faire conseiller par les TE-Keskus). Il y a aussi des subventions intéressantes pour commencer son activité (600-700 €/mois durant minimum 6 mois). En 1.5 mois j'étais opérationnel vis-à-vis de l'administration. Donc pas de problèmes insurmontables pour des expats pour fonder une boîte.
Les taxes dépendent bien sûr du montant de ton bénéfice (système progressif). Je suis rendu à environ 30% d'impôt sur mes bénéfices.
