i had my PDOS and BDO Bank offered an International ATM / Savings Account for OFWs without maintaining balance.  it comes with a referral letter where your family can also apply the same account. you can avail of their bank transfer online services for free.

inquire now with any BDO branch for that OFW Savings Account.
