Does anyone have a rental agreement that they can scan in and send to me. A colleague of mine needs one so that he can rent out his apartment.

Just want to either have one by scan that we can change unless anyone has one in word format..

Anyone could send me a template of rental agreement for a rented flat please (private owner and not agency), need to make sure all clauses are there so I won't get surprises later on.

there is not a standard one - each agent has their own and many landlords have too...

there are no regulations - no regulation of the rental market thus no protection for tenants- so you need to research lots and PROTECT YOURSELF_ start by reading every topic on renting on this fantastic forum.
