visit visa need to renew every three months, if it is permanent visa , she can stay with us for 2 or 3 years until our kid grow little , so that i thought about housemaid visa.
if i apply? will mofa approve visit visa for single women.or my wife should apply?
thanks again
baiju joseph
MOFA might accept or reject, my personal experience is positive, I was able to get my sister visit visa issued. If your wife applies better than you and more over she can add a medical certificate that she needs care and hence the sister is coming which will cement your application.

Use any general service office to correct the situation with current sponsor and then use the demand letter from the new sponsor to approach the labor office to correct your situation.

Some companies allow this and some dont, so check with your new sponsor and it could have been done during the grace period which will end day after tomorrow. So you better hurry to check and continue the process.

hi i am a hurrob household worker in saudi and now is grace period my husband is here also in saudi but he is electrical engineer. he want to transfer my sponsorship to his iqama. what is the requirement in transfering of iqama if i am hurrob to my husband.. kindly help me please.. the company of my husband already giving my husband a family status and where we will go if we completed the documents? in jawazat or ministry of labor
appreciating for your help..
You have to go and correct your situation first at the labor office / jawazat. You need to get marriage certificate attested and then your husband's iqama / passport copy and then ask them to transfer you as dependent from household worker.
thank you for your help..
they will get also letter from the employer of my husband? and
after I completed to correct my status in jawazat i will be advice to finger print? or not? where can i get my new iqama?
thank you very much for your help.. marriage contract must attested in consulate? or saudi mofa?
Why does your husband needs letter ? If he is an engineer with a valid iqama and family status then all you need is to report your case first to get that cleared and later transfer your iqama under your husband with the proper marriage documents. In all cases your husband needs to be with you during the process from the beginning so that from start this can be resolved.
-- they are asking me for printout of my iqama information.. i have only my number of passport when i came here. it is possible to get my iqama information using only passport number and name?..
Hmm.... not possible , if you need to get a print out you most probably will need your iqama number.
now i get my printout of iqama..they are telling that only saudi can change my huroob . this is true? and they are telling that must been the salary of my husband 10,000sr? how can i process this one. thank you

Who is telling you that saudi can change huroob and your husband needs 10000 as salary ?
Under the grace period which has now been extended huroob house hold workers can change / correct their status. Also for your case you need to transfer and hence your husband also should approach the same authorities that you go at the same time to move you as his dependent and they will give you the exact process and documentation requirements.
If some sponsor denies to give release letter, is it correct. What are the real grounds based on which sponsor can deny the giving release letter ?
A well know and established company is denying the giving of release letter. What is solution?
Yes, this depends on the choice of the sponsor. And he doesn't need a reasn for that.
Now, if you came on his visa, your only option is to leave the country if you don't want to carry on working for him.
Your best bet: check the color of company you work in. If you are lucky to be in red or yellow, you can transfer your iqama without his consent.
I was locally tranfered person, now i need 2nd tranfer. Current company is in green :-(

If you've been a locally hired employee, you can go to the labor court to challenge him. But such cases are hard to win as he may state that the sponsorship transfer will damage his business. For him, it's as simple as that.
I am working as a sales Manager for Oil & Gas Equipment Trading Company, i can ask to transfer to a Galvanising Company (or Contracting Coy)which is entirely different scope of work. But, don't want to go in such way as current sponsors are very nice and good persons,,,, but only one fault they are not giving release. I want some emmicable way to explore my career.
That's the best thing you can do.
You may have gone on a final exit and come back on new employer's visa. But I guess it's too late for that now.
Y too late? also my current sponsor is not issuing the NOC (No Objection Certificate) :-(
Is this not exploitation of human rights, every one should have chance to explore for his brighter career.
It's late because now your current sponor knows that you wanted to move to some other company. Along with the final exit, he may 'award' you a life-time ban on coming back to KSA. Yes, they can do that. Don't underestimate their authority.
my dear friend
i am in trouble. plsz help me.i am geting one demand leter from jaddha. they put my demand in jwazat or labure office.
now they demand 4000 for naqal kfala. i dont have. after that i get new demand leter from riyadh. when they apply for naqall kafla. there is demand from first compney. they ask me remove this demand first then we apply.
pls give me some sgutation how i remove it. the first one is not remove this demand. whta i do. where i go.///////????

You've to visit the labor court and tell them the probem in detail. They can issue the final exit saving you from all these hassles. Remember: Do it before 03 November.

Anyone from Jeddah can help. We are in Riyadh.
Labor court is a saudi govt department. It can't be in any embassy

Thank you so much hoping that there's somebody can help my situation there.Because until now they want me to continue my work even I have already forwarded my final exit last May 22, 2013.I want to return my Medical card and company ID in order to stop work, but they didn't accept.

please can you guide to solve my problem , I am doctor by profession and have just taken naqal kafala 3 months back as dependent murrafiq of my wife as she is also doctor , now I have been highred by MOH again to do naqal kafala as doctor which I have proceeded again but my hospital has told me to pay fees of naqal kafala through SADAAD system , SADAAD system just denied as it wrote , permission is granted to alien house hold, so I want to ask you how to solve this problem.
You need to approach the jawazat offices and ask them for a solution on how to pay in such cases.

Your current company is in Platinum (blue) category. So, apparently your transfer procdure has been completed.
