dear alfred,

an invitation letter from a resident will do u no good. residents are only allowed to bring family of the first and second degree via visit visa. western nationals are given visa on arrival.

in order for u to come to kuwait, u will need to have a job here. or a kuwaiti friend with a company who can send u a commercial visit visa. in all cases, u need to showcase your talent to the right people (clubs in kuwait) in order to get invited here.
