Hi there,
We are a British couple living in the Cayman Islands at present but hope to retire to Gibraltar and wondered if there are any over 60 developments we could look at. Also the real estate agents don't really tell you which properties we would not be eligible to buy (government assisted) so if anyone could let me have a list of those that would be great, it would save me looking at properties that we can't buy!

How does the housing sector work and are the rentals expensive i no there all furnished homes in most rentals would they be like that in the housing sector,wete thinking of moving to gib but it depends on how expensive the rentals are in your housing sector.
