need information about international relations study in Malaysia

i'm noor-iman from Algeria i finished my master degree in international relations in Algeria just a few days ago, i would like to doing my PHD in Malaysian university but need some information about the best universities in Malaysia wich present good PHD programs in my field study, please help me and thanks in advance.

There is many Universities provide PHD and many Not accredited not recognised fake universities as well providing PHD so must be careful or check it out personally with Malaysian Education Officials if you like to get your PHD.

You must do that & you do not just trust some website look very genuine but it is fake.
