Evening addition to wage?

Post new topic

milhouse

In my previous job, those who worked past 22pm (such as from 3 pm to midnight) got a few euros as evening addition on top of the normal hourly wage. Is this a normal policy in Malta or just one company's policy? Have not managed to find any information about it.

If it is offered, it will be specified in the contract. However, most companies do not have extra benefits for 'unsocial hours' and shift allowances are factored into the over all salary.
