Hi,

Generally, degrees from Germany are respected for their quality worldwide. So, if you are offered admission and can afford being a student (with no income, but high German living expenses) for the duration of the course, I think you should accept it.
Oh, if the course is held in German language (as most are), you will need language skills or attend a 6-months language course before admission.

hi
But i am bit suspicious about the university. Since neither i have so attractive academic record nor do i scored good in IELTS. So its just pay and take admission.??

For many German university courses, there are no admission criteria: Everybody who applies can get in. The courses are also all free - you only pay a small administrative fee, which in many cities also covers public transport and subsidized canteen food. But you have to work hard once you are in, because many don"t pass the exams and drop-out rates are high.
IELTS is of no concern, especially if the course is held in German. For those held in English, TOEFL and/or GMAT might be required.

Do I get this right: You are saying you doubt the quality of this university because a good one would not accept somebody like yourself?!?
