not barbers. I am off exit 5. I am looking for a place that uses scissors not clippers. Any recommendations?

There is a men's Salon where I think the stylists are Italian on Imam Saud road. It is called Black Horse. Go on to Imam Saud road past Oleya, Past King Fahd road. The next light it will be on the right hand side.
