Ice Massage

hello there

im a fan of spa, but the first time i hear about ice massage? how is that? where did you tried before, hence, im so interested on that, can you tell me more about the benifits of ice massage treatment?

I have used in India.Its mainly for those who get injured or muscle extraction or muscle twist.You can watch during playing foot ball after if u have a muscle pain they massage with a bag of ice in the place where u have pain it will give instant relief.
I got same muscle twist during playing in hanoi so i was searching for an ice massage.But finally i found one place but it was not a good one they dont know to do the ice massage.Its was a normal massage.Hope in future  we can find some where in Hanoi that they do good ice massage.(Mainly for sports person and people who works long time in sun or drive a long time during day in summer season this ice massage will give a good relief.)
