Indian Doctor in Hanoi?

Good Afternoon

Can any one tell me if there is any Indian Doctors living in Hanoi.Couple of weeks before during playing cricket i have pain in my right arm I checked with some other things and my pain is not reduced now i need to check with a Doctor if there is any available Doctor in hanoi please reply me
