Hi Prem,

You can check out various flats by clicking on the link for SoftFlats below:

http://www.softflats.com.br/

I must warn you that rentals are extremely expensive here in São Paulo and that it is unlikely that you will find anything in your price range. Generally speaking, most unfurnished 1br. apartments are priced above R$1.000 per month. Good luck in your search.

Hello Prem.

The Housing in Sao Paulo section might help. You should post an advert there. ;)

Thank you,

Hi again Prem,

You could try checking for apartment rentals on http://www.lugarcerto.com.br/ but of course you will need to be able to understand a bit of Portuguese.

You will find rental (aluguel) and the site has photos of most units available. You can search by number of bedrooms, neighborhood, price range, etc., but I will warn you it is highly unlikely you will every find anything furnished in the price range you mentioned earlier. Rents are extremely expensive, then too there are condominium fees which sometimes can be almost as much as the rent itself.
