Nearby chemical plant

Hi there,

I'm planning to move over to the area in a few months but have a concern I'd like to resolve first. I've become aware of the chemical plant near San Roque and read a rather grim report (dated 2007) about it emitting a very high level of toxins (way beyond safe levels). Does anyone know whether the situation has improved at all? I ask because the initial reason for the move is for my health - I've been suffering from long term health problems - and I want to be careful that I don't move to an environment that might present more health challenges. Any info you have for me on this would be appreciated!

Gibraltar has a fairly high levels of pollution.
Some from the industries in nearby Spain, but also from it's own electrical generating plants which are diesel powered.
Also there is a high level of vehicle pollution and noise pollution.
