Need help on a (surely impossible) quest!

Hello,

I realize that this is a huge long-shot, but i need your help. I wouldn't usually go through all this trouble if it wasn't important to me, but i met and connected with the most amazing person last night in Vietnam, but the end of the evening was so abrupt and we didn't get to exchange contact information. I am very, very distraught over this and would appreciate any help, whether it be directly or by directing me to another place that might be better.

I feel kind of silly launching into details (I imagine someone saying to me 'you know a guy Joe in Canada?), but I really don't know what else to do. We met at the club Apocolype Now on the night of Thursday, May 3rd. She is a Vietnamese girl with long, red hair and big eyes. I am thoroughly ashamed to say that I don't know her name. It was too loud in the club when she said it and I couldn't pronounce it with my poor Vietnamese skills. I really should have kept asking but honestly I have screwed up just about every Vietnamese name I've uttered. Edit: her name sounded like 'he' as in the English masculine pronoun 'he,' but I'm sure it's spelled completely different in Vietnamese.

We were dancin there until closing and we were mainly around the standing table of the DJ booth. She was with her girlfriend who was shorter and spoke great English. Her friend's boyfriend (maybe?) was an Asian guy who said he was from LA.

Sorry for the shotty details and the strange post in general but any help would be appreciated. i don't know where else to else to turn. Even suggestions of other forums/anything I might look would be helpful.

jst go back to that place, same night u'l get to see here there.. try thiking of small details she must have mentioned, wht she does or where she lives or came from mabybe a nearby hotel, of the guy from L.A any names will be helpful, ul find her..

Oh yeah, i suppose I left out a huge detail: i left Vietnam today for Japan, so I won't have an opportunity to go back. I am really hoping to correspond with her through email, etc. sorry for leaving this out (this tidbit might help explain why I think this probably going to be impossible).

I will let you know if any other details pop into my head, but really it was so loud and disorienting (as clubs are). Still, i will update with anything that pops up. The one detail that really stood out about her that I was hoping might be the thing that makes someone say 'oh yeah, I know her/seen her before' was her red hair. It was quite a stark contrast from everyone else i seen.

Yup, your only shot is to head back to the same place, around the same time frame. Hopefully, you will meet them there again.

Maybe her name is Hien, it's kinda pronounced like a "he" in English. Hope this helps

Oh good tip! I'm in China now (waiting for a connecting flight) so I can't access Facebook, but as soon as get back to Japan I'll proceed to search for that name! How maby hundreds of Hiens will I have to scroll through I wonder.. And there is always the possibility that she doesn't have fb or doesn't have a picture of herself as a profile pic (i really hope not), but this at least gives me some hope! Thanks so much!

You can't remember name or informations, but can you remember her dress/clothes? anything else about appearance and her friends?
Do you know phone number of Apocolypeo club? or you can google to know its number. You can call them and suggest them to write some advertisings and stick them in the club with the content that: "on 3rd May, I met a Vietnamese girl with long, red hair and big eyes, but I didn't remember her name, may be "he" or something like that. I am ... blue eyes, brown hair, at that day I wore ... I danced with her, and really want to keep contact with her. So if you are her or know her, please let me know by my email ... and/or phone number ... I really appriciate" something like that.
