I have been to pakistan twice for visit. I was there last year and got married. What i mean is....what paperwork do i need to move over full time.

you need to apply for "family visa" category K as per the information on the following website:
http://www.dgip.gov.pk/Files/Visa%20Categories.html#K

later on as per my information, if you wish to permanently stay in Pakistan, you have to apply for residence.

you can get more information on this from pakistan embassy in UK, as on the internet its not clear.
