there is a company called oriflame that has makeup (foundation ,powder or liquid) which has ranges from dark beige/to dark sand,also there is another shop called Mazaya,which has all sorts of make up ,message me if you want the addresses.

Yes, you can find, but the variety is very limited. I would suggest stocking up on your foundation, as you might not find the correct color for your skin tone. I find that the colors here are either too dark or too light.

Bobbi Brown is special for dark complexion. You may find it in City Stars Mall.
