New Letter of Approval from MOFA

Hello everyone,

Does anyone know how long it takes for a new letter of approval from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs located in Riyadh? I had to get a new one per the US Saudi Embassy since the old one had an incorrect job title which didn't match my degree. So far it has been about 6 weeks. My employer in KSA has sent the revised letter to MOFA to get the stamped copy and claims it will be soon. I am a US citizen and this is my 1st experience with a KSA employer and have a family status so it's very frustrating since there seems no value of time commitment there. Thanks!
