My wife and I are interested in relocating to CR. We would like to hear from any US expat who has moved there and have bought a hotel. Any information will help. Thank you.

Hi!

I have been living here for 2 years already.
I love the country, it is very friendly with the foreigners and its truly the safest place to choose from in Latin America, it is also good for investment.
I got a property in the Escazu hills initially, and then sold it to buy a property in the beautiful San Ramon area to live in and a small property in Jaco Beach for investment.
I am sure the same company who helped me with all of the buying and relocation procedure has options for you as for commercial properties, why dont you check their website at internationalrecr.com/ hopefully they can assist you better!
