How can I take care of myself better during my study? For example, the problem of dormitory, a good shopping place, and touching with my family(how about the YesDial? One of my online friend told it. Is it really good for students studying in UK?)...

You can live in the apartment of the school, rent an apartment with other people.
Vegetables and fruits is expensive in UK, if it's convenient, you can grow some vegetables. We always bought a lot when we went to markets, cause it's so long to go to there.
Yesdial is a website that offer some cheap Mobile phone business. You can cheaper to call friends in other countries. It's cheap and convenient.
