Used car dealers: harraj OR near Mall of Arabia?

Do both al-Harraj showrooms and the car district behind Mall of Arabia both have used car dealers? Which is better (less traffic, more reputable used car dealers, etc.)?

Less traffic : Behind Mall of Arabia.

Reputed used car dealer showrooms: Al Haraj.

Thou Being reputed DOES NOT mean you won't be cheated.
