Looking for a flat to rent/share in Shanghai (February-August 2013)

Post new topic

Filip74

Hello,

My name is Filip, I'm from Belgium. I intend to stay in Shanghai from February until August 2013, so about 6 months. I am looking for a place to live during that time, preferably renting or sharing a flat. Any help you guys could give me would be greatly appreciated (and repaid by a drink once in Shanghai :)). So does anyone know someone who wants to rent or share his appartment during that period?

Thanks for any help you can give me.
Filip

Hi,Filip
Welecome to SH.
I advise you a house-introduction servise for foreigner in SH. Be honest, its a better way to get a fair price by using this kind of chinese house agent. Its good, a lot of foreigner friends of mine tried it.
You can email them and tell them what district you prefer to, what kind of house/flat you like, whats your budget etc. Based on these conditions, they will give you some candicates to choose.  Good luck and Enjoy your life in SH.
