Hi Guys

I'm moving to Liege next month and hoping to meet some other Expat's.
Some nights out, coffee the usual things.
I living in the Netherlands before this and I really found the expat community very helpful when settling.

I'm also hoping to learn french while I am here. Does anyone know a good place to get lessons. I am here for 8 months

Hope to talk soon.

Armand

Hi bubble boy !

Welcome to Expat.com!
As for french lessons maybe you could try posting an advert in the classes section of Liège classifieds.
This might help ;)

Armand

Hi there, would love to start an ex-pat group.  was also part of one when I lived in Aix-en-Provence in France.  Great way to meet up for drinks, coffee, dinner, cinema etc.  Count me in as only here a month and would love to meet some fellow ex-pats.

There are courses offered through the university for students as well as non students.  Check out the ISLV section of the ulg.ac.be website.

I also lived in the NL for a couple of years and the expat community is definitely smaller here in Liege, but hopefully helpful all the same.

Cheers,

Carly
