Hello expatriates in Malaysia!

I need your help! I am currently a student at the University of Surrey in the UK and have to write my dissertation. Therefore, I need expatriates living in Malaysia who could answer my survey.

It won't take longer than 10 minutes to complete and you would help me a lot!!

This is the link to my survey:

I would be very grateful if you could help me out!!

Thank you very much for your help!

All the best,

Clara

Hi I did it but it isn't the best worded or designed as it is one dimensional - mostly I put N/A as the questions made no sense at all for me. You seem to assume that all expats are part of expat packages sent abroad by a company and given cultural training. That was true 20 years ago but not now!

Information for Participants
Expatriate Training and Support Satisfaction

My name is Clara Mayer and I would like to invite you to participate in this original postgraduate research project, which is part of my MSc in International Business Management at the University of Surrey. The purpose of this study is to find out how satisfied expatriates are with the training and support offered by their company prior to and throughout the international assignment. Your willingness to share information with me, through answering the questionnaire, can help my understanding of this very interesting topic.
The questionnaire consists out of three parts and should take less than 10 minutes.
PART A:      This part of the questionnaire is related to your demographics.
PART B:      This part of the questionnaire is concerned with the type of training and support offered by your company for your expatriate assignment.
PART C:      This part deals with your satisfaction with the international assignment and the training and support you received by your company.

This information should help the understanding of what the study is about and should give you enough information about the questionnaire in order to get your interest in participating in my study.
Your participation will be completely voluntary and it is entirely up to you to decide whether you take part or not. There are no conceivable risks associated with the study and choosing not to take part will not disadvantage you in any way. If you feel uncomfortable taking part in my study or answering any questions in the questionnaire, you are still free to withdraw at any time and without giving a reason. Your participation in this study will be completely anonymous and all information collected will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Your contribution to this research study would be very much appreciated.
If you have any questions or concerns about this study, please contact me through my university email at cm00244@surrey.ac.uk.

Clara,

Completed - good luck with your studies.

As for the angry/bitter man, just ignore him, he's obviously nothing better to do!
