Hi all,
i am looking for the following foods in HCMC. can anybody help?
1. Nutritional yeast
2. Chia seeds
3. Kefir
4. Hemp
5. Black garlic

What kind of yeast: beer, bread,...? Any case, I don't know.

2. Chia seeds

Vinamilk produces it. Available in major supermarkets.

4. Hemp
Due to the narcotic stimulant content, it is not available for sale

5. Black garlic

You can go to Phuong Ha shop 58 Hàm Nghi, D1.
They sell everything there.
For kefir, if you mean the yogurt. You can try Kefir yogurt Vinamilk. Just to to any supermarket.

Has anyone searched kefir grains? I enjoy to make my own kefir products, because it's really the best way to enjoy probiotic rich foods. Thanks

I'm not sure about the other, but look for kefir in stores with Russian food.
