Hellow this is siva here

I am in negotiation with a known trading company who are into supply of equipments to oil and gas. I have 10 years of experience in sales and marketing.

Currently I am earning morethan 12 lakhs in india with house and car given by the company.

What is the level of salary (for sales manager) I can ask for(with family)and what should be the hidden expenses I have to consider during negotiating.
