Visit Visa for my Mother (widow) - Plz guide

I am trying to take out a 3 months Visit Visa for my mother who is a widow and all alone in India.

I have read through the procedures and see a mixed inputs about the procedure.

Now i am on an Azad visa and my kafeel isn't that bad. But yet, he is too lazy to give me an introduction letter stating my salary and all for the visit visa purpose. However, he might sign and stamp the visit visa form for me.

So my question is, are the below documents enough?

1) Visit visa form signed stamped by my kafeel & then a chamber of commerce thing done on it
2) Iqama copy
3) Mother's passport copy

Is this enough or do i need kafeels introduction letter about my salary and all? Is this must??

Come on guys, show me a way...
