I just moved to Ho Chi Ming City and brought my bike with me. Does anyone ride or know of any riding groups? Thanks.

Sorry I can't help you here OP however Vietnam has many cycling clubs I'm sure you'll find something to suit, all the best!

Now Half has defined what he thinks the OP is talking about my database gets better. (Word usage is interchangeable and since I occasionally use a commercial database, that charges in increments of 6 seconds, I like to tightly define the search terms).

They meet there around 05.0H and start rolling around 06.00H - they meet there everyday,
