I am from India and looking forward to migrate to Norway permanently. Can someone please help me by answering these questions:

1. How to apply for Job Seeker Visa.

2. What is a normal salary that an average person can get in Norway?

3. What is the House rent of 2bedroom Flat?

4. Monthly food expense (normal, milk, mostly veg and some non veg).

5. Cost of Public Transport.

Any help would be highly appreciated :)

Hello,

You will find most/all of this information in previous threads. With regards to housing expenses, this will depend on where you are going to live. There are some large differences between areas. The salary will also depend on what job you are going to do, although the differentials are not as large in Norway as in other countries.

In Tromsø (Northern Norway) a 2 bed-flat would be around 7000-8000 NOK per month. Also, I work at a fast food restaurant and my wage is 125 NOK per hour.

A 2-bed flat in Oslo is around 14,000 a month. Perhaps I'll move to Tromsø.
