HI  AM A MAURITIAN GIRL LIVING IN ITALY AND I HAVE BEEN MARRIED  WITH A MAURITIAN BOY ...BUT HE WAS LIVING IN ITALY .AFTER ONE YEAR OF MY WEDDING I HAVE COME IN ITALY WITH ALL THE PAPERS IN HAND.I HAVE BEEN MARRIED IN 2004 AND WE WERE HAVE BEEN TOGETHER SINCE4 YEARS SO NOW AS WE DID NOT GET ALONG WE ARE LIVED  SEPARATELY.BUT AM SO CONFUSED HOW TO THE DIVORCE IN MAURITIUS AS SEVEN YEARS I HAVE BEEN HERE ...SO IF U CAN HELP ME PLEASE.THE DIVORCE I WANT TO DO IT IN MAURITIUS

you might be able to get divorce under domicile, which might still be mauritius.
it depends on your visa status in italy.
you should probably talk to a lawyer in mauritius.
a simple divorce in italy will cost 3000€ and take 3 years.
