jubail or any other industrial city main kon kon say construction projects chal rahay haen......

koi banda bta day how can i apply there if i come on azad visa....

or yahan pakistan reh k b apply kaesay karon....koi projects k address where i can send CVs?

You may look at www.arabnews.com and www.bayt.com for latest Job opportunities.
If you are going for Azad Visa option, please make sure about your profession on that as it may be a hurdle in future to get family visa if profession at your residence permit is not supportive.

i am an electrical engineer by profession...and i have 1 year experience ........so in that case what i have to mention on visa?

i mean how should i proceed then?
