Hey there everyone,

My gf and I will rent a place in Rovereto, close to Trento. We are checking several websites where one can find an apartment for 500-700 euro. The thing is that in the specifications of the contract it says 'classe energetica' and then a letter that varies from A to G. I imagine A or A+ is better than G. Despite that, I would like to know, how much ON AVERAGE and IN MONEY does this difference matter?

I found this link in Italian but there I was unable to find how much per m2 will the price vary depending on the 'classe energetica' efficienzaenergetica.acs.enea.it/doc/attuazione_certificazione_energetica-rapporto_CTI.pdf
