4 of us  from Canada are staying in Bouquet in Feb/2013. We are flying from Toronto to Panama.Do we have to change from Toucan airport to Albrook airport to get a flight to David, and if so, how? Don't want to drive from the airport to David. Thanks

Air Panama serves David from Albrook, but not Toucan.
You would probably need to take a cab.

Lively Lady

Yes you have to come in to Tocuman and take a taxi to Albrook to fly to David. Depending on the time of day you arrive you may need to spend the night in Panama City. The airline that flys to David is Air Panama. they have a web site and you will need to make you reservation ahead of time.

The amount of luggage you can take on the flight from Panama to David is a lot less as well. You should know that in advance.

Lively Lady

You can only take up to 35 pounds or you pay for extra freight

royretire

Thanks so much guys, looks like there are several flights daily between Albrook and David. We should be able to connect without having to overnight in Panama city. See you soon.

frank bernardi

You take a taxi. don't pay more than 25 to 30 dollers. They all want more but We have never paid more than 22 for two

Hi, we have a very good taxi who speaks english that would be good at picking you up and taking you. Let us know if you want his number and name..the transfer goes really very easy.

royretire

Thanks bmrr2001, that would be great if you could give me his name and number. Our flight gets in at 2:15 and the flight to David is 4:15.  Tight  so will be important to get someone reliable.
