Hello friends,

i have heard that there is a well-developed market in Singapore around computer services!

So to speak,
Is it practically easy for a qualified foreigner there:

a)to find work in a business selling expert software?
b)to start-up a related business himself?

Unless you have niche skills that are rare or non-existent in other Asian countries, you will have to compete with lots of (cheap) Indian, Philippino, etc. computer engineers wanting to work in Singapore - and with (even cheaper) outsourcing to these countries.
The formalities for starting a business in Singapore are very easy. Getting a visa allowing you to live and work in Singapore is much harded. And of course success in the market is never guaranteed.
