Hi Everyone,

I competed in the Sydney Olympic games 2000, representing my country Sweden in rowing.

For the next year I am living in London and for a few clients only am offering personal training.

This is very different from the textbook qualifications every trainer in a gym or freelance usually has.

For 6yrs I was trained by the the best trainers in my country, the best dieticians and too a level only olympians are expected to perform at

What does this mean for you?

I can get you in the best shape of your life, teach your techniques you can keep for life and show how to really train as the best do, not from a textbook qualification from your local college.

£40 per session, discount for block ordered

If you need to lose fat, build muscle get fitter generally, then email and I will reply back to arrange a session.
