Hello,
Look at the qatar olympic committee website (http://www.olympic.qa). click on "Sports clubs" tab under "Sports in Qatar" and you will find contact details for most of the sports clubs existing in Doha. You will then have plenty to chose from 
There is 3 Taekwondo associations here you can find all the information on the Marhaba guide (I recommend it, life saver guide book for any newbie in Doha! )
