Change Job in KSA

Dear All,

I am working in Jeddah, till now i just completed six months and 5 days with current employer.

I have offer from other company and new employer will issue for me Visa.

Can you advise me that what are the things i have to be done for coming back in KSA again with new visa within a month time.

I read all the post and comments here. if anybody is there have experienced with same issue please advice me as soon as possible.

Also i heard that new rules has come on september is it true or fake.
