It's not easy to get a HR job in Sweden. You need to be eloquent in local language.
It would be good for you to try to join a Swedish company or MNC which has presence in Sweden; and then take transfer to Sweden.

Sweden(Nordic countries) has one of the highest unemployment rates for immigrants(including those who know the Swedish language).

I agree with Vihara and would recommend you looking for any contact with Swedish companies there you live at the moment. Under condition that you are still interrested in getting there.
Belive me, even when you finally speak good Swedish, but as an immigrant, you may face a real problem to find a job that corresponds with your education and previous experience.

There you live now, you have your prestige and position, even if your salary doesn't impress West Europeans. Here in Swedenyou may earn better but the job you carry out may be far away from your ambitions and you may feel that the money you earn does not make you happy and the standard of living in Sweden, at some points, is actually lower than there you come from.

Secondly, once you find something, you will need a lot of emotional support of your family members or friends because living here is a tough cookie for us expats. Especially if we come from a different culture. Moreover, you might make a better life in UK where you can count on your countryman support.

I come from Poland which is very close geographically but still very far emotionally and  psychologically from Scandinavia.

If you still want to come here - get a job in subsidiary of e.i. Volvo in your country, then apply for relocation. Once you land here, do not hesistate to make contacts with expats, because you might be very lonely and after 8 hours of work when nobody talks to you or nobody asks you about anything (kind of being ignored) you may need to relax and feel yourself again :).

Very nicely summed up Red Onion.

The latest Global Competitive index  places Sweden in top 5-6 and UK near top 10; while Sweden have decent gdp growth whereas UK has a contracting gdp.
Sweden stands near 90's (out of 130) in finding a job, equality  parameters among all job seekers, indirect discrimination ; on the other hand UK is with in top 5.

Additional strengths include goods and financial markets that are very efficient, although the labor market could be more flexible (ranking 92nd on the flexibility subpillar).

Hence a recessing UK is much easier to give you a job than  richer Sweden and Norway. Going to Denmark would be blunder:)

Scandinavian country have  the worst immigrants unemployment.  you will never be able to push your Resume to the recruiter irrespective of your qualification.

Germany would be the only  ideal country(in EU) to find a job . Moreover USA, Canada and Australia are ever green market;
