Can any one please guide me that what is Job Ratio in Austria in IT field, I did 3 years diploma in IT can I get Job easily. How much I earn & what are living expense?

You don't say what kind of diploma you have but generally and that applies to all German speaking countries there are many very highly qualified people and English as second language of spoken by almost all of them.
You also don't say if you have a visa already or need the employer to support you. If the second is the case your chances I would not rate very highly.
But do your homework, seek out the many large international firms in your area of expertise, find out the name of the person who makes decisions and write "on spec"
You never know, you may get lucky!
