I'm a filipino,working here in shanghai and planning to get my child here...My son already have passport and Red Ribbon from Philippine Consulate here in Shanghai.. I want to know how to attached my kid to my visa? Can we attached in philippines or it's better to get him here in shanghai then we go to Shanghai Immigration.. I will go back to philippines on january to get my son, is it ok to buy 1 ticket for him or it must be 2 way? Please advice me what to do... Thank's
