If anyone has any information or can suggest any way to find the location of the Garden of Cafour in or near Cairo. The garden was destroyed in 1253 AD but I was hoping someone can suggest a person or group that might have the info of Cairo in 1253? Any help or ideas are greatly appreciated.
Or maybe an area in or near Cairo called Cafour in 1253 AD?
Thank you,

I found out that the Mohamed Mahmoud Khalil Museum is located at 1 Kafour St.، Giza.
I wonder how the street got its name? I wonder if any connection? Anyone have any idea?
I could use help.

Thanks for the link,
Anyone know if El Kafour could be Cafour of old? Anyone have an idea how to find out how old El Kafour is or what it is named after? Whom could I ask? When was it incorporated as a town?
Where could I find a Cairo map of 1253 AD that might show Cafour? Can anyone spell or write Cafour or El Kafour in Arabic if I do find a map?
I will keep looking and will try any idea that anyone suggests to me.

Yes, but no answers yet. I tried Al Azhar University because it was around in 1253 AD.
I will try any idea...
