Hi , anyone here into cooking? I'd like exchanging some cooking class, vietnames, other countries...I'm chinese, speak english, and little bit vietnames.

Hi which part of China are you from? That reflects the type of cooking you will be familiar with. Is it. Northern, Southern Szechuan, Fukien etc...? I love the Hue style food, it's yummy.

Hi, you are right, chinese food are quite different from provines to proviences, I'm orginally from northwest , then move to east,then south, haha. I like Hue food, the small and thick ban xiao are "ngon qua " ;-)
