Could anybody recommend a Photographer in Toulouse&surrounding areas Colomiers,Seihl,Blagnac,Tournefouille etc etc??

Looking for a Photographer that does Family shoots or Baby shoots?

Yes there is an excellent one Phil McCordall who lives in Larmont 31530, which is 2km from Lévignac. He has a website, you can also see his award winning photos if you Goolgle him.
He has a website for amateur photographers too where they can download their pictures and he will give a professional critique. itchyphoto.com
