Hi Vlad,

What is it exactly that you need? Are you talking about Rio de Janeiro City Hall and the Mayor or the State Legislature, the Governor, or what?

Check out Google Maps, you will see that Rio City Hall is located near the Central Station of the subway system (Estação Central) it is to the south of Santos Dumont Airport on the map.

If your school project involves writing anything to the Mayor or City Council it should be written in Brazilian Portuguese.
