there is one place that you can buy all types of vitanims and supplements for body building and it has already 7 branches all around the Jeddah. try visiting GNC. I'm not sure if you already heard this. good luck.

All of the major supermarkets carry soy milk - it is in the 'diet' or 'healthy' aisle usually.

Thanks guys. I used to buy this milk only in a small bakala near here in my working place but its always out of stock. I checked on this Vitamilk website and they also have called Vitamilk Energy which is really made for bodybuilders. Emman Lopez, i just started to this gym and still naive with those stuff. But i know a place here in Jeddah where you can buy any kinds of food supplements but its not really a store or something because they are on camouflage.I'll go out sometimes to see GNC.tnx

all products are direct from america (i think) because i use to buy from them and the product i need is always out of stocks, i guess its really effective. so i have to wait for a months or look from other branches. use to go to gym but i got issues so i stop for a while. hope next month i can try it again cause im getting chubby.

what product did you use?do you have any in particular? If there is any like a pure naturally protein,specially extracted from plants..the place that i mentioned about, the room are congested where they piled a dozen kinds of supplement but am not sure which of them to use. how come this GNC shops are allowed to display their products publicly? I've heard that these goods are prohibited for selling out in the market. Hope you fixed your issues already and head back to the gym .

mine are just supplements, i concentrated more on vitamin E and glutha, yes its expensive when both are combine but they are giving discounts and the discounts will be base on your 1st purchased. i think theres one shop in balad thats serves herbal medicines. yeah you cannot even found some drugs from the pharmacy so thats why GNC are getting famous in saudi. I heard prince owns this shop and almost all of the drugs are imported from america, no one can argue when prince or king owns some establishment here in KSA. if you have doubts or confused on which drugs or brand you want to buy you better get a doctor to help you decide by then you will also be 90% sure of taking it. inshallah i can go back to gym next month before taking my vacation:D goodluck!!!!
