Hi

since Belgium is officially bilingual, is primary school even in the northern half available both in dutch and in french?

I am asking because of this job offer I have gotten in Netherlands and, since our daughter (11 years old) speaks french but no dutch, that I would move to Belgium and just drive over the 'border' for work.

(ok I am not sure how the traffic might be)

But for this to be a better idea than living in Netherlands I wanted to know if public primary education is available also in French in the northern half of Belgium?

Thanks in advance,

Daphné

Bonjour,
