Heading out to Labuan for hubby's new job in January. Looking to make a few contacts there before we head out. Is there anyone on the forum that is living there now?

Hi There, I understand you are now living in Labuan, I to am a expat living in Labuan, my name is Kathy and I moved here in February, my partner is in the oil and gas industry, we are originaly from Australia. Hi,
Labuan is my place when I was still a child. it is a nice place and quiet at night. the liquor and cigarettes are cheap as it is a duty free port. i think you'll enjoy it. dont be surprise if locals address your husband as 'sir' that's how they call foreigners (orang putih (white people)in local slang).
