Good Day! I'm currently employed here in Singapore as a Chef and would like to change my career to Logistics because I have more than enough experience in the said field. But unfortunately the pass which was granted to me was for the Culinary position. I also have an experience in culinary but not as much in Logistics. Hope someone can enlighten me on this matter. Thanks

Since prior experience applicable to the job is an important criteria when MoM grants a work pass, you might also get the necessary EP or WP for a Logistics job. But of course this is not assured and changing job is always a gamble, visa-wise.
Your safest bet would be to change to your current company's Logistics department and stay on the current pass, if that is possible.
